One of the founders of the company and a promoter director since its inception in 1979, Mr. Daya Kishan Gupta has guided PWM's growth for over four decades. With deep expertise in sales & marketing, he has been instrumental in expanding the company's reach and building a loyal customer base across the country. He built and oversaw the company's sales operations for longer than anyone else in the company's history, laying the very foundation on which the company's commercial success stands today. Having been with the organisation since its earliest days, his journey is inseparable from PWM's own every phase of the company's growth carries his imprint, from its first steps as a small manufacturing unit to the trusted, listed enterprise it is today. His guidance has shaped not just the business, but the values and culture that define PWM as a family-run institution. His leadership reflects the founding values on which PWM was built, and continues to inspire the generations now carrying the company forward.

A promoter director since the company's inception in 1979, Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta brings decades of experience across finance and liaison functions. He has been central to building the company's financial discipline and institutional relationships, forming a strong backbone for its long-term stability. Having been part of the organisation since its earliest days, his contribution runs quietly but deeply through PWM's journey the financial and institutional foundation he has helped build has allowed the company to grow steadily through every phase, from its early years to its position today as a listed enterprise. Mr. Adeep Gupta

Associated with the company since 2004, Mr. Adeep Gupta has led production and manufacturing as Vice President before joining the Board. Under his guidance, production capacity and labour productivity have both improved significantly, with a strong track record of workforce stability. Known for his integrity and reliability, he continues to strengthen PWM's manufacturing and quality standards. With a keen interest in expansion, he has consistently driven the introduction of new product lines and has been instrumental in growing the company's export business. A process-driven leader, he places strong emphasis on worker welfare, ensuring that PWM's growth on the shop floor goes hand in hand with the wellbeing of the people who make it possible.

A graduate in finance, Mr. Ashish Gupta has served as Vice President (Finance) since 2004. He has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy, governance, and operational stability. A promoter of the company, Mr. Kapil Gupta has served as Vice President (Sales) since 2004. Through strategic leadership and strong market insight, he has driven consistent revenue growth and expanded PWM's presence across core and emerging markets. He joined the company in the 1990s and has since also taken on client relationships, distribution network expansion, and the company's liaison work with government bodies. Dr. Swatantra Agrawal is the Principal, Professor and the Head of Department of Prosthodontics in Kothiwal Dental College & Research Centre, Moradabad since 1999. He is highly knowledgeable about dental materials, including their properties, durability, and comfort.
